Melty cheese lovers unite! We love fondue–and of course we love it best with good quality, Swiss cheese. Take a Peek Inside the Deli Kitchen and cook along with our head Deli cheesemonger, Sean Hartwig, and Events Assistant, Connor Valone, from the comfort of your own home! You’ll get a kit with all the makings for an evening of gooey cheesey fun. Sean and Connor will guide you through the process of making a traditional Swiss fondue and you’ll get recipes for some of our favorite fondue variations too! They’ll talk about what cheeses we suggest to use for the BEST fondue (and why)! Sean and Connor will also share our tips and tricks to get a smooth, silky cheese fondue perfect for dipping and pairing.

LOGISTICS:
- The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
- Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event. You will be emailed with more specific information.
