Meet the Maker: Virtual Dinner with Boonville Barn Collective

Join us virtually for this Meet the Maker event where we will have a vegetarian dinner together and learn more about Krissy Scommegna and Boonville Barn Collective.  Our Chef Wallo and the Deli kitchen has come up with a tasting menu featuring the full line of their products that we carry here at Zingerman’s Deli.

The 5-dish vegetarian menu includes:

• Zingerman’s Creamery Goat Cheese spiced with Piment d’Ville served with The Matzo Project Chips
• Quinoa Salad with Dried Guajallo Chilies
• Poblano Mac n’ Cheese

Taste along in the comfort of your kitchen as you meet Krissy and hear her talk about the farm, the peppers, and their history.  Boonville Barn Collective is a woman-owned farm in California that produces peppers for spice and are dried on a micro level (only 3 acres!). We were introduced to these awesome peppers last year and we have been using them in everything we can get our hands on since then.
