Chocolat Moderne Drinking Chocolate
The entire suite features Valrhona chocolate, with cacao contents in excess of 70%. Add a bit of milk, and you’ve got a silky smooth potion on your hands. For the Explorers, we have 3 options from Chocolat Moderne: Madame ‘X’tasy dark cocoa with espresso, caramel and fleur de sel. Kama Sutra dark cocoa, cardamom and clove blended with coconut oil. And Mayan Eyes, which is probably the most popular cocoa, Joan formulated especially for Zingerman’s Next Door with dark cocoa, smoky chiles & warm spices with a spicy kick that will heat you up from head to toe!
Enric Rovira Spanish Drinking Chocolate
So thick you can stick a spoon up in it and so intoxicating you might want to drink this sitting down! This rich chocolate traveled all the way from the workshop of Barcelona’s visionary chocolatier Enric Rovira. Your choice of sweet & smooth Tradicional made with 55% Dark Chocolate or bittersweet & decadent Amargo made with 70% Dark Chocolate.
Rózsavölgyi Hot Paprika Drinking Chocolate
Hot paprika and a little finely ground cinnamon and cloves are mixed into 73% Venezuelan dark chocolate, and ground the day after. You only need to stir in hot milk or water, boil it up and it makes 4 portions of hot chocolate. Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé has won awards for the packaging for their Drinking Chocolate. Both appealing to look at and packed only in paper, no plastic.
Angelina’s Parisian Hot Chocolate
Started in Paris in 1903 as a tearoom, this historical landmark has been a destination for gourmet Parisian sweets for more than a century. This tin of traditional and famous hot chocolate is composed of three carefully selected varieties of African cocoa producing a sweet, smooth, and undeniably distinctive hot cocoa. Zingerman’s Next Door Hot Cocoa Mix
Our classic hot cocoa – made with only cocoa powder and sugar allowing you to mix in milk, mylk or water of your choice! Delicious additions can include: a pinch of sea salt, a shot of peppermint liquor, fresh whip cream or a marshmallow.
Taza chocolate is made with few ingredients and minimally refined.
