Zing Sampler: New Harvest Olive Oils

This event will take place virtually on Zoom!

An introduction to the new year of Northern Hemisphere olive oils! The olives for these oils are harvested in the fall and the oils that are pressed from them are released in the early winter. Join our Deli Olive Oil Sommelier Wendy (yes, that’s an actual job!) to taste 4 of the oils that have landed at the Deli over the past few months. We’ll walk you through the steps to tasting olive oil, our favorite ways to use these oils and the producers behind the oils.

LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
• Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event.  You will be emailed with more specific information.
