Perfectly Paired: Tomato and Cheese Dinner

Tomato season is fleeting in Michigan–and August is the perfect time to dig into some fresh off the vine varieties. In this virtual Perfectly Paired event, Deli Event Coordinator and American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional Tessie Ives-Wilson will be joined by Tammie Gilfoyle of Tamchop Farm to taste our way through a dinner menu featuring 5 different varietals of tomatoes paired with cheeses that bring out the best flavors of the season.

• Shipping is not available for this event due to the fragile, perishable nature of the fresh tomatoes

LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
• Your dinner meals will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event.  You will be emailed with more specific information
