Perfectly Paired: Cider And Cheese

This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!

Hard cider is the drink of the season as we head into the quintessential fall weekend – it’s also mighty tasty with the perfect pairing of cheese! We’ll talk the history and styles of hard cider taste through three examples and pair those sips up with our favorite cheeses. You’ll leave class with seasonal inspiration for your cheese enjoyment and maybe a new favorite cider! Must be 21+ to attend this tasting.

Please note: This menu is gluten free and vegetarian friendly! Can be made nut-free, but there will be nuts served in the room.
