Small Bite Sessions: Gouda
Small Bite Sessions is a 30-minute, affordably priced tasting class designed to introduce you to some of our favorite foods, while guiding you through a delicious compare-and-contrast of different versions of the same food. Similar to our other tasting classes, you’ll learn about the producers, flavor profiles, and get a taste of each variation!
It’s going to be a GOUDA time. Join us for a small bite sesh devoted to one of the cheese world’s most versatile favorites. We’ll sample a range of Goudas and explore how aging transforms the cheese from smooth, supple, and buttery into something firm, nutty, caramelized, and deliciously crunchy. Come meet the many moods of Gouda and discover a new favorite along the way. Includes bread from Zingerman’s Bakehouse.
