In Ann Arbor, Fall means football! Zingerman’s Deli is a fixture of UM tailgating, and you can make the Zingerman’s experience a part of your tailgating party this year with our full-flavored traditional food! There are multiple ways to enjoy our menu this Fall: curbside pickup at the Delicatessen, direct delivery to your tailgate party, OR work with our event planners to coordinate your event at your favorite tailgate location!
Our Tasty Tailgate Menu
Our A Maize-ing Tailgate package starts with a choice of spicy Cuban pork, hand-pulled BBQ chicken, or BBQ beef. You’ll also get roasted chili lime Amish chicken, fresh fruit salad, macaroni salad, molasses baked beans with bacon, Zingerman’s Bakehouse Black Magic Brownies and Cookies, and assorted Coke products.
We also offer Complete Classic Deli Trays, with which you can build your own favorite Zingerman’s sandwich with our Bakehouse Rye and Farm breads, lean corned beef, all-natural turkey, lean pastrami, and Nueske’s applewood-smoked ham along with Swiss Emmental and Wisconsin Muenster cheese. This tray comes with redskin potato salad and coleslaw, pickles, hot and spicy olives, mayonnaise, yellow and brown mustard, and Russian dressing.
If meat isn’t your cup of tea, or you have vegetarian guests, we offer a vegetarian version that includes roasted asparagus, artichoke hearts, roasted red bell peppers, portabella mushrooms, roasted onion, and fresh spinach. Top these hearty veggies with provolone cheese, Zingerman’s Creamery goat cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Tailgating in the morning?! We’ve got that covered for you as well! Choose breakfast sandwiches or a hearty frittata. Pair with a side of bacon, fresh fruit salad, coffee cakes, or bagel platters. Add fresh-squeezed OJ and plenty of brewed coffee and you’ll be ready for kickoff!

Looking for a tailgate location? Check out the North End Zone
Zingerman’s Catering and Events has access to the North End Zone, only 50 yards from The Big House but secluded in a wooded setting with picnic tables and tents. There are multiple spaces to choose from. You can feel good throwing your party at North End Zone, too– a portion of proceeds go to the T.
