Vinaigrettes 101

Dressings, marinades, sauces and more – vinaigrettes are a great way to make a dish pop in the kitchen! We’ll share four of our favorite recipes, including the “method” recipe that you can use to create your own vinaigrettes using what’s in your pantry. As we head into fresh produce at the Farmer’s Markets, this is one class you won’t want to miss!

LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
• Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event.  You will be emailed with more specific information.
