Small Bite Sessions: Soft Cheeses

Small Bite Sessions is a 30-minute, affordably priced tasting class designed to introduce you to some of our favorite foods, while guiding you through a delicious compare-and-contrast of different versions of the same food. Similar to our other tasting classes, you’ll learn about the producers, flavor profiles, and get a taste of each variation!

Things are about to get a little gooey. Join us for a small sesh devoted to soft cheeses in all their creamy, buttery, bloomy, funky glory. We’ll sample a variety of styles and explore how different milks, rinds, and techniques create cheeses that can be delicate and fresh, rich and oozy, or a little wild. Come taste your way through the softer side of cheese. Don’t worry, we’ll have some bread from Zingerman’s Bakehouse to use as a vessel!
