Meet The Maker: Acetaia San Giacamo

This event will take place virtually on Zoom!

Acetaia San Giacomo is a place strongly rooted in territory. The casks and daily work are housed in the Corte Faragosa, a farmhouse in the Emilia countryside of Italy that dates back to the mid-1500s. Thanks to the technology of Zoom, we invite you to lunch to Meet the Maker of these amazing vinegars. Our kitchen has created an inspired menu of small plates to enjoy while we have a conversation with Acetaia San Giacomo owner Andrea Bezzecchi! Our event host and Andrea will talk through the whole process from vine to bottle and explain sets their vinegars apart from the rest!

LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
• Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event.  If you chose shipping, you will receive your order ahead of the event.  You will be emailed with more specific information
