We are thrilled to be partnering with The Well to bring you the 4th annual Zingerman’s Friendseder™ Community Brunch! This event is a gourmet culinary experience infused with innovative Jewish ritual and learning, and is definitely not one to be missed!
We have worked with the team at The Well to create a very special Friendseder™ brunch menu –bringing you traditional elements of the Passover Seder, like matzo and charoset, but in a fun and exciting new way, alongside classic brunch staples. Your hosts will be Zingerman’s Event Coordinator Tessie Ives-Wilson, and The Well’s Executive Director Rabbi Jeff Stombaugh. Together, they will lead you on a guided tour of this special menu–the tastes, products, ingredients, meaning, ritual, and traditions.
This year’s brunch will take on a new format: We’ll begin with strolling appetizer stations (4), then sit down for our entrees featuring a savory and sweet brunch duo, and then wrap up with strolling dessert stations (2). Creative mocktails will accompany each course. Coffee and tea will be available throughout the morning, as will a cash bar.
Due to the generosity of The Well donors, subsidized tickets are available at three pay-what-you-can tiers: $45, $65 and $85 per person (true costs are $65+ per person).
Each ticket includes all three brunch courses, creative mocktails, plus coffee and tea and a guided tasting and learning experience with Zingerman’s Delicatessen and The Well. Each ticket also includes a 20% off coupon to use to shop Zingerman’s Specialty Foods grocery area after the tasting.
Please note: This menu contains dairy, eggs, fish (lox), gluten and nuts. We can make adjustments to the menu to accommodate these allergens or dietary preferences, but Zingerman’s Deli is not a kosher facility and we cannot provide kosher meals for this event. Additionally, the Greyline event space is not a full restaurant kitchen, meaning dietary requirements must be submitted upon registration in order to be accommodated. We will not be able to make changes to dietary needs on the day of the event.
