Cheese 201: Gouda

This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!

Beyond the basics, our Cheese 201 series will dive into one of the seven styles that we cover in Cheese 101! (But hey, this isn’t college, so no pre-req required!) This class we’ll be talking about all things Gouda. Gouda is a washed curd cheese and is one of our most requested cheeses on our counter. We have variations that range from young & supple to aged & flaky, so we have plenty to explore in this tasting class. It’ll be a “gouda” time for all!
