They are remarkable!” The vinegar is made in South Africa, starting with natural conversion of the Ammann’s family’s matured wines. Herbs are then added to the vinegar and the infusions are allowed to mature another four or five years before the bottles are ready to enjoy. We have 4 varieties on our shelves and they are all on sale in the month of May–making this a great gift for Mother’s Day. We think they are great on salads, in a spritzer or on-alcoholic aperitif, and are marvelous for marinades.
