Detroit’s neighborhood butcher is bringing their best to us in Ann Arbor, with the new Butcher’s Monthly at Zingerman’s Deli. This monthly meat subscription is powered by a partnership with Marrow, a knowledgeable source for good meat from trusted farms, including aged hand-cut steaks and chops, and house-made sausages and charcuterie.
This powerhouse artisan food box will change monthly, but will always include at least six pounds of meat and more from Marrow, plus curated pantry staples and signature specialties from Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Tips and recipes included, too! You’ll be savoring these flavors for days, and we can’t wait to hear what you’ve cooked up.
Meet Marrow
Marrow is Detroit’s first neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant hybrid, promoting a healthy, local and sustainable food system. Their knowledgeable staff source meat straight from local small farms and use their butchering skills to bring you the best of the whole animal. We were thrilled when they wanted to partner exclusively with us to collaborate on a food box for the Ann Arbor community modeled after the popular Marrow Meat Club subscription they offer in their area. Just think of all the tasty possibilities!
Each Butcher’s Monthly Box Includes:
