The Deli counter at Zingerman’s offers a wide variety of sliced meat, including sandwich cuts as well as cured meats. Salted, ground, stuffed, and sliced – cured pork is the king of our charcuterie case here at Zingerman’s Delicatessen! Join us for this introduction to our case of prosciutto, salami, pate, and beyond. We’ll talk about the history, producers, and production methods while we taste our way through delicious examples of each style & type. You’ll leave with a belly-full of great information just in time to put together a great spread for your Thanksgiving appetizer spread!You will learn and also TASTE!
