Fancy Fish

This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!

Our Deli Specialty Food staff thinks tinned fish is a pantry’s ultimate secret weapon. Rich in protein, omega-3’s and full-flavored goodness, tinned seafood preserves the ocean’s best at the peak of flavor and quality. While Aunt Joan’s crab puffs are perfectly delightful, this class will prepare you for elevated holiday entertaining by focusing your learning and tasting on some of our more extravagant and fancy tins. Take a dive into the deep end of our tinned fish display as we open up some of our favorite tins for entertaining! We’ll talk about fins to tentacles and everything in between.
