Cooking with Smoked Fish

Smoking is one of the oldest forms of food preservation and it flavors some of our favorite fish to perfection! Join fish buyer and all around fin nerd Kevin Bowker for a tasting featuring selections of smokey fish & seafood. We’ll talk about different techniques for smoking, what we look for in a good tinned, smoked fish, and best of all how to use these versatile victuals in the kitchen with samples of some of our favorite dishes! The event will be followed by an opportunity for a private, personal shopping experience with Kevin in the Deli after the event, during which you can enjoy 20% your specialty foods purchase.
Please note: This menu will contain fish, shellfish, gluten, dairy, egg, and pork. We can make accommodations for the gluten, dairy, & egg!
