This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!
August is the month when the stars align to bring together heirloom, locally grown tomatoes, and beautifully bountiful bacon for the perfect Michigan BLT! Our team of food finders will visit the Farmer’s Market down the block that morning to source our tomatoes for this event. Combined with some of Connor’s bacon picks and a pantry of possibilities we’ll build four amazing BLTs to share with you. Along with the tastings we’ll share info about the bacons, the tomatoes, and our philosophy of the perfect BLT.
