Laura is a highly sought after speaker at food and wine festivals around the country and we are so excited that she’s sharing her time with us at Zingerman’s. \nYour host for the evening is Deli Events Assistant\, Connor Valone\, who will guide the conversation with Laura and share his experience from behind the cheese counter at the Deli and the tips and tricks he has for pairing with wine and the stories behind the foods we love.
