We’ll share the history of each tea\, its production style\, the terroir\, the harvest\, and all that makes it special. While we learn\, we’ll taste several different steepings to illuminate how the flavor can evolve. No matter your level of expertise you’re sure to learn something. You may even find a new favorite! In this edition of STEEP\, we’ll taste the variety of teas from one of our newest product lines: Mizuba Tea Co matcha. \nMizuba is woman-owned\, family-run company specializes in stone-milled\, traditionally produced matcha and loose leaf tea. Their relationships with Japanese tea producers are decades-long and built on respect for the craftsmanship that goes into growing these exceptional teas.
