Similar to our other tasting classes\, you’ll learn about the producers\, flavor profiles\, and get a taste of each variation! \nThis tasting is all about PB&J! A Peanut butter and jelly sandwich shouldn’t be this interesting and yet\, here we are. We’ll spend our time tasting a couple of our favorite peanut and nut butters as well as our favorite preserves… tasting our way through combinations that range from familiar to unexpectedly revelatory. Rich\, deeply roasted peanuts. Bright\, fruit-packed preserves. Sweet\, salty\, crunchy\, creamy\, and everything in between. Join Deli monger Frank on a guided tour through the sandwich you thought you already knew.
