Join Deli Meat Monger and dry-curing enthusiast Chad Hogan to discuss different styles of curing – whole muscle\, salumi\, and even pates in this intro level class that will help you better understand the selections at our meat counter\, what to look for in a great cured meat\, and even some tricks and tips for starting your at-home curing journey.
