Using the Seven Styles of Cheese to frame our conversation\, Tessie\, long-time Zingerman’s monger and an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional will take you through all the classics and include a bonus (or two) along the way. Come and curd-nerd out with us and leave full of cheese and knowledge (and a couple of cheesy jokes too!). \nWhether you’re jumpstarting your path to becoming a cheese expert\, or diving deeper into the subject\, Cheese 101 is for cheeseheads of all levels. \nPlease note: This event includes nuts and gluten but can be presented with substitutions on request.
