We’re also big fans of the amazing Alpine-style cheeses being made these days in the United States. The result of waves of immigration and the lush rolling pastures in many parts of our country – it is possible to have traditionally made\, great tasting Alpine cheese – without the Alps! Join us for a tasting of some of our favorite domestically produced cheeses as we celebrate American Cheese Month at the Delicatessen. We’ll talk about why this style has become so popular in the U.S. and the producers who make the magic happen in the vat. In addition to all the delicious cheese\, we’ll send you home with a couple of warm-weather recipes to try at home! \nPlease note: This menu contains dairy\, gluten\, and nuts.
