Just in time for Valentine’s Day\, our Chocolate Specialist Jennie B.\, has dreamed up perfect cheese and chocolate pairings with two bottles of wine we’re digging on this season. We’ll have two cheese/chocolate pairings per wine so you can taste the way that the different pairings interact with the wine. Jennie is joined by Deli Events Assistant\, Connor Valone\, to guide your tasting experience and talk about their tips and tricks for pairing with wine and the stories behind the foods they love. This tasting is for chocolate and cheese lovers 21+ \nYOUR $110 EVENT TICKET INCLUDES:\n\nZoom meeting link\nA tasting kit for 2-3 people to share that includes 2 bottles of wine (one sparkling white\, one red)\, 1 lb of cheese (4 different selections) and 4 different chocolates to pair. Laura is a James Beard Award-winning author of six books on cheese! She has a passion for and expertise of artisan cheese and wine\, including the wines of the Ribera y Rueda regions of Spain\, which we are featuring for this event. We are sure that you will wish we had more than an hour together to hear about Laura’s travels in Spain and what she loves about the combination of wine and cheese we’ve chosen for this event. Laura is a highly sought after speaker at food and wine festivals around the country and we are so excited that she’s sharing her time with us at Zingerman’s. \nYour host for the evening is Deli Events Assistant\, Connor Valone\, who will guide the conversation with Laura and share his experience from behind the cheese counter at the Deli and the tips and tricks he has for pairing with wine and the stories behind the foods we love.
