We’ll talk about some of our favorite pasta producers\, what to look for on a package when you’re shopping for pasta\, and all the ways we love to eat pasta- especially in the warm summer months! Join two of our biggest pasta enthusiasts\, Deli Managing Partner and lead pasta buyer\, Grace Singleton\, and Events Assistant Connor Valone\, for Pasta 101 on Zoom. We’ll talk about some of our favorite pasta producers\, what to look for on a package when you’re shopping for pasta\, and all the ways we love to eat pasta in the summer\, from pesto bucatini to a classic Riviera-style pasta salad. \nThis class and tasting is TOTALLY VEGETARIAN!
