DESCRIPTION:This is a PICK UP experience on Tuesday\, August 11 from 4:30-6pm at Zingerman’s Delicatessen! You will use this ticket option to purchase a pan (or two!) of PAELLA to take home to eat at your house.\nThis year\, we’re cooking up paella 2 ways! A party on our patio OR a party at your place!! Light the candles and up your usual take out game – and take the paella to your place. Chef Rodger and crew will be cooking up pans of traditional Spanish paella with bomba rice and saffron broth over mesquite coals!  Choose from shrimp and mussels\, chicken and chorizo\, or vegetarian. The pans are all small sized* and serves 2-3 people. We’re sending the paella home in the same pan we cook it in–pinky swear you‘ll bring it back! We are only able to make 25 pans\, so secure your pan ASAP!! \nLOGISTICS:\n\nChoose from seafood\, chicken and chorizo or vegetarian.\nPans are small sized and serve 2-3 people.\nEach pan is $50/each\nPick up at the Deli on Tuesday\, 8/11 between 4:30-6pm (we’ll send you pick up instructions closer to this date)\nWe’re sending you home with the pan–please bring it back!\nIf you have any questions\, please email delievents@zingermans.com\n\n*If you’ve ordered take home paella in the past\, you might have experienced our large pans. That is not an option this year\, so make sure you adjust your calculations about how many each pan will feed.

This year’s party is a ticketed affair that gets you access to a family style paella meal\, tapas stations\, Spanish wine samples\, and VIP after hours shopping (with a 20% off discount)! \nThe evening will start with strolling tapas and sampling stations\, refreshing mocktails\, and a chance to sample wines (and a housemade sangria) from the Ribera del Duero and Rueda wine regions of Spain. Next\, you will be served a family style paella feast from Chef Rodger and his team\, who will be cooking up paella 3 ways: seafood\, chicken and vegetarian.
