DESCRIPTION:This event will take place at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!\nEver wanted to learn to make fresh mozzarella and burrata like our Deli kitchen and Zingerman’s cheesemongers?  This class is a hands-on and demonstration-based learning opportunity to practice basic and advanced mozzarella making techniques. You will learn from Deli Mongers\, Connor Valone and Aislinn McAllister.  You will learn to make both mozzarella and burrata … and best yet\, you will get to take the fruits of your labor home to savor.  Come by yourself or bring a friend.
