But they can also be overwhelming to put together at the cheese counter with all the options! Join one of our resident cheese experts\, Tessie Ives-Wilson\, for a class all about the art of a cheese board. We’ll break down our tips for a well-rounded board\, how to choose accompaniments\, how to lay out the board so it looks as delightful as it tastes\, and then you get to take that knowledge and put it to use right there in class! We’ll give you all the cheese\, accompaniments\, and hands-on help to build a cheeseboard that is the perfect size for you and 4-5 of your friends that you get to take with you at the end of class. Because everything is more fun with a friend – this class may be for one or two participants\, who will create one cheese board.
