But they can also be overwhelming to put together at the cheese counter with so many options! Join our cheesemongers for a class all about the art of the cheese board. We’ll break down our tips for a well-rounded board\, how to choose accompaniments\, how to lay out the board so it looks as delightful as it tastes\, and then you get to take that knowledge and put it to use right there in class! We’ll give you all the cheese\, accompaniments\, and hands-on help to build a cheeseboard that is the perfect size for you and 4-5 of your friends that you get to take with you at the end of class. Boards that you make in class will last up to a week in the fridge\, perfect for any upcoming holiday gathering! \nPlease note: This event includes dairy (including raw milk products)\, nuts\, and gluten.
