Similar to our other tasting classes\, you’ll learn about the producers\, flavor profiles\, and get a taste of each variation! \nThis tasting is all about SOURDOUGH! Some breads rise to the occasion. These ones took their sweet time getting there. Join us for a micro-tasting devoted to sourdough-started breads. We’ll sample 3-4 loaves and explore how natural fermentation can create everything from mild\, buttery flavors to a bold tang\, and even some specialty loaves you might not expect.
