Fish 201: Smoke ‘Em If You Catch ‘Em

Smoking is one the oldest forms of preservation and is the perfect pairing to great fish!  Join us for Fish 201: Smoke ‘Em If You Catch ‘Em and explore the different methods of smoking, taste the smoked fish that we love best, and share some of our tips & tricks for using smoked fish in your everyday eating! You’ll be joined by our Deli Event Coordinator Tessie Ives-Wilson and Deli fishmonger Kevin Bowker.

We have 2 different options for this class–join us on Zoom and listen in to listen OR add a tasting kit and receive 6 different smoked fish samples (either individual portions or in some cases full tins!), matzo crackers, guided tasting with our fish mongers, and recipes to try at home featuring smoked fish.

LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
• Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event.  You will be emailed with more specific information.
