A Peek Inside the Deli Kitchen: Jewish Classics

March 15th is the 39th Birthday of Zingerman’s Deli and we want to celebrate the Jewish classics that have been our our Deli menu since the beginning! Join us virtually to celebrate with a Peek Inside the Deli Kitchen with Chef and Managing Partner of Zingerman’s Deli, Rodger Bowser!  Chef Rodger will demonstrate the basics of making the foundational Jewish classics–like matzo balls, chopped liver, and potato knish.  While the exact recipes for these Jewish classics have evolved over the years, these are still some of the dishes that we consider core to our menu. We’ll demonstrate and share our recipes and techniques for these iconic dishes as well as share a bit of their history from last 39 years at Zingerman’s Deli.
