Meet the Maker: Ines Rosales

Join us for a torta tasting! Olive oil tortas are one of the classic crackers of Spain. For over 110 years, starting in the home kitchen of the company’s namesake, Ines Rosales has been making these savory, flaky crackers by hand. In this Meet the Maker event, our Deli Event Coordinator Tessie Ives-Wilson will be joined by Lucía Conejo-Mir from Ines Rosales, who will guide us through their lineup of torta flavors!  We’ll taste tortas, talk about their methods and ingredients, and explore some favorite pairings and serving suggestions. LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
