Greg D’alesandre, Co-owner of San Francisco’s Dandelion Chocolate, has gone from making truffles as a hobby in college to traveling the globe to source ethically and sustainably grown cacao beans. Greg is passionate about direct sourcing and cultivating strong relationships with cocoa farmers. Join us for an evening with the co-author of “Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S’More”, as he leads us through tasting a selection of Dandelion Chocolate and shares the stories behind the chocolate. Books available for purchase separately.
