Wonder no more as our meat mongers guide you through the process behind curing, cutting, and enjoying these delicacies from around the world. Join our Deli Event Coordinator Tessie Ives-Wilson and Deli meat mongers Kevin Bowker and Connor Valone and taste your way through a spectrum of cured hams–prosciutto, country ham, jamon serrano and more. You’ll leave with some great recipes to try at home! (psst – this class would make a great Valentine’s gift for the meat aficionado in your life!)

LOGISTICS:

- Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event. You will be emailed with more specific information.
