Cheesemonger Showdown!

In celebration of National Cheese Day, 6 of our Zingerman’s Deli cheesemongers will go head-to-head to create the perfect cheese bite. We invite you to our virtual tasting room–taste along as they make their case and then decide who wins!

Our Deli mongers are always at the ready behind our epic cheese case–offering up their favorite selections and doling out pairing and portioning advice.  Our head cheesemonger, Sean Hartwig says, “Our job as cheesemongers is to make people feel comfortable. We’re here to take care of them. We’re excited about cheese and excited to help our guests find cheese they love. We’re emotional support cheesemongers.”

Emotions are sure to be high during this first ever Cheesemonger Showdown! We’re super excited for our cheesemongers to offer up their idea for the perfect cheese bite and to crown a Cheesemonger Champ!  We need your participation and palates to make this happen–be our judge and jury!!

• A tasting kit with cheese selections and accompaniments–you will receive instructions during the event from our cheesemongers for assembling their creation  (additional tasting kits can be purchased for $50 each)

• 2 Day Shipping to anywhere in the US ($30) – SOLD OUT

LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
• Your tasting kits will be ready for pickup or delivery the day before the event.  You will be emailed with more specific information.
• Shipped tasting kits will arrive no later than the day of the event.
