Cheese Room Sessions: London Calling

Cheese Room Sessions is a virtual event series of conversations hosted by Deli head cheesemonger Sean Hartwig, with special guest cheese makers and professionals who will talk about their delicious creations and ramble about life in the dairy business.  In this month’s session, Sean will be joined by Austin Peeler, US Sales manager for Neal’s Yard Dairy to celebrate Zingerman’s 40th birthday with our longest international cheese partner.

We will taste a few of our favorite British cheeses–think farmstead, clothbound cheddar and the real Stilton! We’ll share a few stories and invite you to share your own cheese tales or ask us any and all cheese questions you have. This event is based around London GMT, so we kick off at 2pm EST – perfect for a late lunch. Extra cheese will be provided, for you and yours to revisit after the event. LOGISTICS:

• The Zoom link will be mailed to you at least 2 days before the event
