A Peek Inside the Deli Kitchen: Swiss Fondue

Melty cheese lovers unite! We love fondue–and of course we love it best with good quality, swiss cheese.  Join the Deli’s Certified Cheese Professional Tessie Ives-Wilson for a Peek Inside the Deli Kitchen!  In this cooking demonstration, Tessie will demonstrate and share our Deli recipe for swiss fondue.  She will talk about what cheeses we suggest to use for the BESt fondue (and why)!  And she’ll also share our tips and tricks to get a smooth, silky cheese fondue perfect for dipping.
