Designed by campaigner for ALL things sandwich, especially the multi-meat variety, Zack always makes a stop at the Deli when he pops over from Washington DC. A synthesis of favorite flavors to create a roasted-sweet-garlicy-twist on a classic turkey sandwich.
Turkey, mortadella, provolone, lettuce, oven-dried tomatoes and Russian dressing on grilled Zingerman's Bakehouse rustic Italian bread.

Chef Neil's pulled beef brisket––dry rubbed, slow-cooked and slathered in our house-made BBQ sauce––teams up with farmers market green beans simmered with applewood smoked bacon and a hunk of Jalapeño cornbread for this perfect late summer meal.

What is Zingerman’s?

Opened in March of 1982, by Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig in a historic building near the Ann Arbor Farmers’ Market. Serving up thousands of made to order deli sandwiches with ingredients like premium Black Angus corned beef and pastrami, free-range chicken,  turkey, housemade chopped liver, and chicken salad. The Deli also stocks an exceptional array of farmhouse cheeses, unique olive oils, varietal bottles of vinegar, smoked fish, high-quality salami, locally roasted coffee, exquisite teas and locally sourced vegetables for salads. Today, Zingerman’s Delicatessen is an Ann Arbor institution, the source of great food and great experiences for thousands of visitors every year.
