Chocolate Covered Marshmallows: Zingerman’s Candy Manufactory Vanilla Marshmallows hand-dipped right here at the Deli in Michel Cluizel chocolate and coated in Zingerman’s Bakehouse Graham Crackers.
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries: Plump, ripe strawberries dipped in Michel Cluizel dark chocolate from France, adorned with your choice of white chocolate, toasted coconut or slivered almonds.

Chocolate & cheese are two classic pairings with cocktails. Just in time for the weekend of Valentine’s Day, two of our favorite Deli product experts have teamed up to bring you a chocolate, cheese and cocktail happy hour at home. Our Chocolate Specialist Jennie Brooks and resident Certified Cheese Professional, Tessie Ives-Wilson will be your hosts for the evening (yes, those are real jobs … jealous?!) We will talk about some of our favorite cheese and chocolate pairings and help you create four cocktails using some of the great mixers from Bittermilk that we carry at the Delicatessen. We’ll guide your tasting experience and talk about tips and tricks for pairing with cocktails, the makers behind the foods, and of course, our favorite cocktails! This tasting is for chocolate and cheese lovers 21+
Mānoa Ali’i Kula Lavender Bar
Mānoa is from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. For this bar they have partnered with Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm on Maui to create this award-winning 60% dark milk chocolate bar. It’s made using cocoa butter that has been infused with lavender flowers for one week or more making this bar creamy and smooth with a hint of sweet herbal notes of lavender.
Bellstone Chocolate & Pecan Butter Toffee
Give the gift of this indulgent Michigan-made classic with simple ingredients (chocolate, pecans, butter and sugar!) mixed to create a sublime texture. With its addictive balance of salty and sweet, you might need another bag.
Fossa Lychee & Rose Bar
This Lychee Rose chocolate bar is made with 52% Tanzanian milk chocolate infused with rose tea. Topped with dehydrated lychee from Thailand and crunchy cacao nibs. This bar is both fruity and lightly floral without being overwhelming. Picture a walk through a garden on a summer’s day.

Marou’s single origin Ba Ria 76% chocolate is a strong fruity cocoa grown in a family-owned cocoa farm in the province of Ba Ria, Vietnam. The cacao, ginger, and lime are all grown in this same lush Vietnamese region, and are frequent components to Vietnamesse cuisine. Notes of citrus & spicy ginger, bright, fruity & refreshing!
