Niman Ranch Meats (CA)
These are some of the best meats in the country, made from humanely raised livestock, all ranging free on the individual farms that comprise the Niman Ranch collective. They provide us with pastrami to rave over and whole hogs for the Roadhouse barbeque. You really can taste the difference.

Grafton Village Cheese (VT)
The Grafton Village Cheese Company was founded in 1892 as the Grafton Cooperative Cheese Company, and converted surplus milk from local dairy farmers into cheese. Today, quality and taste are still the hallmarks of the company's products. They have been instrumental in educating northerners about the pleasures of pimento cheese.

Calder Dairy (Carleton, MI)
Their cows have names not numbers. One of the last local dairies left in Michigan that still bottles their own milk and doesn’t go through a co-op. Family owned. Zingerman's uses their milk for creamery cheeses, as well as all milk and cream usage at the Deli.

Grocer’s Daughter Chocolates (Empire, MI)
Mimi owns a small chocolate shop in Empire, MI, and has been working with Zingerman's since she opened in 2004. Mimi sets herself apart from other chocolatiers by using the very best ingredients she can find, including Ecuadorian chocolate, organic cream, Michigan honey, and herbs from her own Leelanau garden.

Rishi Teas (Milwaukee)
Award-winning teas from all over the far east. Less than 2% of the world's tea has the hand-crafted artisanal quality of Rishi Teas. Their full-flavored selection includes organic and fairly traded, fabulously rich black teas, and intriguing herbal blends.

Zapp’s Potato Chips (Gramercy, LA)
Louisiana swampland chips, kettle-cooked one batch at a time. Thick cut, cooked in peanut oil with unique, addictive flavors.

Power Selles/Imports from Spain (OR)
Pere Selles is from Barcelona and is passionate about all things Spanish and all things food - a combination that we have used to our benefit. From piquillo peppers to chestnuts, we’ve got some of our best Spanish foods from these guys.

United Meat & Deli (Detroit)

Columbus Salame Co. (San Francisco, CA)
Artisan salami producer located in California. Columbus takes the time and commitment to slow age, using natural casing and naturally occurring molds. They work with small farms to produce full flavored salamis.

Sweet Riot Chocolate (NYC)
If you think you are a chocolate lover, you need to compare yourself with the folks at Sweet Riot - they are fantastically fanatic about chocolate. They love what they do. Who would have thought that chocolate-covered cocoa nibs would be this much fun.

Pasolivo (Paso Robles, CA)
Joeli and family produce big bold flavored olive oils from Tuscan varietals. They are one of the first ranches to plant olive trees in a predominately wine-producing area. Pasolivo has set the bar for fantastic California olive oils. We LOVE Joeli.

Ham I Am (TX)
Their Arkansas peppered bacon is one of the best bacons this country has to offer. Brine-cured, smoked over green hickory and then coated with plenty of cracked black pepper. Run by the Meehan’s, They also make Zingerman's Deli exclusive long pepper bacon. We are very lucky to have had the chance to work with these folks for years.

American Spoon (Petoskey)
They are also celebrating 25 years in business. They make Zingerman’s exclusive cherry/berry and black & blueberry fruit.

Manicaretti (NYC)
The definitive source for authentic Italian foods. The folks at Manicaretti source classic Italian ingredients from top-notch producers. They’re how we stock some of our Italian pantry items. And yours.

Vintage Chocolate (New Jersey)
Ecuadorian chocolate produced in cooperation with the Rainforest Alliance in an effort to protect the local soil and to make sure that the all the farms are operating sustainably, without pesticides. The flavor of the chocolates is unique and exceptional; very special stuff made from a special heirloom variety of cacao, known as Arriba, that’s unique to Ecuador.

Rick’s Picks (NYC)
From NYC, some serious picklers. They pickle tomatoes, beets, asparagus and cucumbers from small farms located around the New York area.

Al Dente Pasta (Whitmore Lake)
They have been friends of the Deli since we first opened. Located in Whitmore Lake, they are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Al Dente makes a great dried egg pasta we use in our noodle kugel.

Koeze & Co. (Grand Rapids)
We found this peanut butter almost right next door in Grand Rapids, MI! It's the product of a lot of care and very little processing. Jeff Koeze sources good Virginia peanuts, roasts and grinds them fresh and adds a bit of salt. The result is not an air-whipped sugar-filled concoction, but an intense, velvety, mouth-watering sensation. People come to Zingermans to buy it by the case.

Earthy Delights (DeWitt, MI)
Michigan distributor sources great mushrooms.

"For years we'd drive to Zingerman's on Saturdays for our fix of great foods - and to satisfy our addiction to Montgomery Farmhouse Cheddar. This past year we walked in one Saturday to be greeted by someone sampling out Montgomery cheddar. Imagine our surprise when he introduced himself as Jamie. A quick look at the name tag said "Montgomery." It was a real treat to meet the maker of our favorite cheese."
