Join our Deli mongers and director of the Oldways Cheese Coalition, Carlos Yescas, for an informative and tasty hour to remember. We will be guided through five traditional raw milk selections that cover multiple continents and milk sources. Carlos will share his passion and knowledge of traditional raw milk cheese and teach us more about his organization’s mission.
Cheeses we’ll be tasting:
Essex Comté (French raw milk cow), La Dama Sagrada (Spanish raw milk goat), Queen of Quality (Vermont, raw jersey cow), Dancing Fern (Tennessee raw milk cow) and Brown cow Parmesan 48 month (Italy raw milk cow).

Our famous cheese cones get an all unpasteurized makeover during April. We’ll be featuring Essex Comté (raw milk cow), La Dama Sagrada (raw milk goat) and Queen of Quality (raw jersey cow) cheeses.
We’ll be sampling raw milk cheeses from 11am-1pm and 5-7pm from Friday, April 21st through Sunday the 23rd.
