Philippines Davao, 77%
We had to say goodbye to one of our favorite bars from Askinosie – Cortes, Honduras, but are happy to welcome back to our shelves another origin, this time from the Philippines. Made with beans sourced directly from Askinosie’s farmer partners in Davao, this bar is earthy with notes of brown sugar, vanilla and a clean, caramel finish.
Decadent bonbon fillings in a jar! Joan Coukos, confection creator and owner of Chocolat Moderne, has crafted caramel sauces based on recipes of her popular award winning bonbon fillings. More flavor than your average sauce, these caramels are designed for your own culinary creations, from bonbon fillings, layering in cakes, making sandwich cookies, drizzling over gelato and more. Choose from: Passion Fruit, Espresso Chocolate and Blood Orange.
Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat
Tien Giang, 80%
One of the darkest on our shelves. This bar is both produced in Vietnam and made with cacao grown in Vietnam, by a farmer co-operative in the Mekong Delta. The chocolate features intense notes of green tea, smoke, delicate hints of cinnamon and a touch of acidity. Wrapped in specially designed packaging, which is part of their wallpaper collection.
Salt Water Taffy
Wu’s workshop located in Brooklyn NY, where the self-taught candy maker crafts each batch by boiling the candy mixture, skillfully adding bold tasting essences and sprinkling it with large sea salt crystals. Softer, creamier and much more flavorful than any other salt water taffy we have tasted.
Camino Verde, Ecuador 100%
We have a big following for the Pralus 100% bar, so for all you chocolate lovers who appreciate a chocolate unadulterated by other ingredients – I recommend this bar made with beans which taste good enough to stand on their own with no sugar added. The chocolate has a tannic start and almond-butter texture.
Blood Orange and Cream Bar
Inspired by the old school creamsicle of our youth, this bar is a grown-up version with whole Bourbon vanilla beans, whole milk, a bright and citrusy cacao blend, and blood orange essential oil. The result is a creamy textured chocolate that tastes like a vanilla milkshake meets chocolate bar.
Italian Honey Sweets
The bees knees of hard candies. All natural sweets made with honey from a third generation Italian honey producer. A mixed bag of honey varieties, each containing a soft honey nectar center.

Jo’s Ginger Lime
Our house-made ginger syrup, fresh squeezed lime & sparkling soda water. Slightly sweet and absolutely delicious.
Brooklyn Egg Cream
Refreshing, chuggable East Coast magic soda. Despite the name it contains neither egg nor cream! Chocolate or vanilla.
2 shots of Espresso, a shot of Mexican vanilla, lots of ice and a little cream. Make it a Double with 4 shots of espresso!
Zingerman’s Iced Tea
Exclusive blends formulated by Rishi Tea. Black tea, green tea and herbal infusion brewed daily from real tea leaves or a refreshingly fruity herbal infusion. Unsweetened.
