Come learn about the king of ham with one of the best makers in all of Italy. Giovanni Bianchi shares the rich history and tradition of his family’s prosciutto, which has been made in Langhirano, Italy since 1905. If you like cured ham, if you’re partial to Prosciutto di Parma and if you like stories, this class is for you!

When visiting the aging rooms of this world-class curing house, Ari was stricken with the beauty of the rows and columns of hanging hams, “”I feel like I’m in one of those movies where the hero finally finds the secret treasure cave and stands stunned, speechless, staring at it all glistening with a golden glow.”” If you like cured ham, if you’re partial to Prosciutto di Parma and if you like stories, this class is for you!
