Luscious lovelies from Sweet Grass Dairy in Georgia. Made from the milk of the happy cows. Excellent as appetizers, good on a dessert tray with fruit or honey. We haven't met anyone who does not love these.

A perennial favorite on our counter. As buttery and wholesome as a cheese can get. Made in the style of a gouda by a Dutch farmer who talks to his cows. We're not kidding.

Stilton is emblematic of the holiday season. And this raw milk version is even creamier and meatier that you know Stilton to be. A perfect dessert blue cheese. There's really not much more to say.

Gruyere brings to mind the deep, nutty flavors of our favorite Swiss mountain cheese. The wheels we currently have are designated Alpage — made only from the milk of cows grazing on flower filled summer pastures. Your classic Gruyere, but way better.

Blended just for us by our friends in Chile. A marriage of opposites. Sweet arbequina and feisty coratina. Deep, nuanced with a spicy finish — everything you want in a good relationship, really.

Like a dagger wrapped in silk. From the Taibi family, harvested in the Tempus valley, perhaps the most picturesque spot in Sicily. This oil has a lovely, silky sweet green start that surprises you with a sharp peppery end.

A new arrival from New Zealand. As strikingly emerald green as the islands it comes from. From the pretty, almost almond like notes in the beginning emerge a smooth pepperiness that is well worth the wait.

It's a well known phenomenon in our store that customers grab a sample of this on their way out; they might get as far as their car door, but they come back in to buy some.
