Kirkham's Lancashire
The return of the Floofy Monstah
One of our favorite English farmhouse cheeses and the last truly traditional farmhouse Lancashire in the world. We buy the large cheeses because we like their fluffy, moist breadcrumb-like texture and their long, tangy flavors.

Mature Montgomery's Cheddar
So mature, it's humbling
We taste through batches of this amazing cheddar to bring you the very best! We especially like the extra aged ones because of the concentrated and grilled flavors they deliver. Our hand-selected cheeses balance these deep, intense flavors with incredible, sparkling acidity.

Zing Oil From Marina Colonna
From their family to ours
From the Colonna family who can trace their roots back to ancient Roman times, they've been a part of ours since the late 1980s. This is a very special oil, bottled just for us by Marina Colonna. Made from Peranzana olives, an unusual varietal, the oil is bright, green and grassy with a peppery finish. It's aroma will remind you of wet earth after the first spring rain.

8 year balsamic vinegar from Vecchia Dispensa
From their family to ours
Made in the little hillside town of Castelvetro by the Tintori family, this balsamic vinegar is all Trebbiano grape must, aged in oak barrels and blended under the watchful eye of Marino Tintori. Old enough to taste mature, young enough to be bright and sparkly, the 8 year balsamic vinegar from Vecchia Dispensa is one of our favorites.

Roi olive oil from Franco Boeri
From their family to ours
Produced in a tiny, historic, hillside village in Liguria from the equally tiny Taggiasca olives, this oil is the pride and joy of the Boeri family—fourth generation producers of olives and olive oil. Mellow but nevertheless, very flavorful. Buttery, sweet, with subtle hints of almonds. Delicate like Ligurian oils are.
