Mt. Vikos Barrel-Aged Feta
Our Greek Feta Cheese is aged four months in 120-pound wooden barrels. A traditional mixture of sheep's and goat's milk, this cheese is perfect over an omelet, in a salad, or drizzled with some of our Scottish Heather honey.
