Ingredients:

Seeds of 2 Medium Butternut Squash or 1 Medium Pumpkin
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Merken Spice




Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 F
Rinse the seeds well after removing from the squash
Lay seeds out on paper towels to dry. 
Using 1/2 tbsp of oil lubricate a baking sheet.
